The electronic data interchange or "EDI" can be automated in several ways. Your business may wish to load the data on an FTP site for AvanteUSA to retrieve. AvanteUSA provides a secure FTP site and allows you to place the data in their secure location. AvanteUSA will schedule with your business to ensure timely retrieval and processing of the electronic data. AvanteUSA has the IT resources available to handle virtually any type and layout of electronic data. Through a very efficient proprietary product called DataForge. DataForge can quickly map and retrieve data in virtually any format. We will adapt our programs to handle whatever layout and formats your business currently uses. Custom programs will be written to process these electronic files as needed. This can be placed on a schedule according to your needs such as multiple times daily, daily, after hours, or weekly. Files are typically loaded and processed immediately. This can be done at any time without affecting the current day's processes. Files received will be loaded immediately to keep AvanteUSA current with your in-house systems and vice versa. We have an interface called Client Auditor Module that will allow your staff to review any account at any time. We will provide a user ID and password at your convenience.
