Remittance/Reporting

Remittance and customized reporting can be provided in any format required by your business and as often as needed. Our sister company, Lonestar Turn-Key Sytems, Ltd., is the creator of the system we employ, WinDebt® XL. This relationship gives AvanteUSA a distinct advantage over our competition with respect to turn-around time on any customized reporting and programming needed be handled in an automated fashion. Funds collected by AvanteUSA are deposited into a separate trust account for our clients. Using a client trust account allows for prompt remittance and eliminates the commingling of funds. AvanteUSA will remit monthly, net collections, on the day you prefer. We will also provide a hard copy of all payments received on placed accounts, along with an electronic version of the Remittance Report for use in the electronic loading of agency payments.
