AvanteUSA is PCI Certified and maintains a very strict policy with all aspects of consumer privacy. Cell phones, cameras, and brief cases are not allowed on our call center floors. Employees are required to sign documents stating they will safeguard any and all data. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination. We are also regulated and remain fully compliant with the privacy provisions of the following:
